50 years old here and Ive been taking these for almost a year. I definitely feel more energy, my nails are finally growing and my hair isnt falling out as much. I use to have pain in my shoulder due to sleeping position but that pain is no longer there. Great vitamins. I cannot take all these pills at once with water without feeling nauseous so I take 2 in the morning and 3 in the evening. I can take these all at once in a smoothie with no problem. Would definitely recommend.
