  • Finally, moist chicken

    This works very well and Ive had good luck every time. I make quiche cups for breakfast, extremely smooth and creamy. Only problem is the lame cookbook. Do yourself a favor and buy a real Sous vide cookbook. Youll have much better luck. Ping pong balls work well in keeping things under the water.

    I have never sous vide but as a TSV I decided to give it a try. It took me a while to learn how to set the product temp, timer and shut off the beeping when it reached the right temperature. However, I had no idea what I was doing. So some confusion with the instructions. However, once I got past that I made cubed beef that was delicious. I have made flaky moist fish, egg bites in mini mason jars etc. i love it. Great price point also after I compared similar products.

  • Beau sous vide

    I'm am giving this a 5 due to the fact the food turns out absolutely delicious. But there are two minor issues. One is that it beeps 3 times every 3 minutes, which can be annoying. And the timer is not functional I believe. It doesn't take up space on the counter top. One of the main parts of this cooking it to make sure all the air is out of the bag. This is how they cook steaks in Paris!

  • Where Have U Been All My Life!!!

    Talk about perfectly cooked steaks, roasts, chicken and fish!!! I tried it all after watching Wolf's presentations. It's hard to believe that the least expensive roast that I could find tasted like prime rib cooked to perfection!!!! I use the inner liner of my Wolf pressure cooker as my sous vide container--so simple. My sous vide unit functioned exactly as presented in Wolf's shows. I am just thrilled about this incredible gourmet find. Wolf, you hit it out of the park again!

  • Very tender meat

    I sous vided a brisket for 50hrs like they showed and it was very tender and tasty. Also did great corn on the cob and a dessert flan. I hope Marian makes a cook book soon so I can get more ideas.
