Wolfgang Puck Artisanal Dough For Pizza & More 4-pack

Was having trouble making my own pizza dough, too elastic, thought I would try these, they make a great crust, easy to prepare and work with, very pleased with purchase. I make 3 8-10 inch pies with 1 pkge.

I too thought I was getting 4 boxes, was very disappointed that it was only 1 Box, however, I will be honest the dough is fabulous!!! We did get his pizza oven also, which we love..it works very well, if you learn how to use it (watch videos, give it a few times to get used to it). This dough makes a great pizza, the crust is fabulous! We can make 3-4 pizzas per each bag in the box, we can make them thick or thin. It tastes really good! We used the hickory pellets, used 1/2 a bag for 2 pizzas!

Love love this dough. The flavor, the crust bakes evenly. Easy to make.. I put all the ingredients in the bread maker dough setting. One bag makes 2 twelve inch pizzas

Ordered these to try on our outside pizza oven. They were very easy to use, but I just didnt really care for the taste.

I wanted to love this. Assembly wasn't bad at all and it is packaged extremely well and the oven itself is very high end. I was so excited. I bought the dough and the pellets as well. But using this oven is a LOT of work. Keeping a fire going was not simply adding a firestarter and waiting for it to get hot. It took one person to watch the fire and another to make and cook the pizza. Even though it was the first time, I cannot imagine doing this on a regular basis.
