Highly suspect

I received this product and what made it highly suspect is that it had a sticker price on it for $3.99 for the Ross stores. Date on the product is 2019. Not sure what to make of this. Thoroughly shocked and disappointed! More and more of the shocking experience is happening in the last two years. May be time to start shopping in brick and mortar stores again?!

Not The Best

The tools are plastic and the larger sizes are difficult to load paint. Another issue is it is almost impossible to achieve the same size circlec/tear drop shape. Kinda defeating the whole point of dot painting.
