Smaller punch misaligned

I was so looking forward to getting this. However, the smaller of the two hold punches does not work. The hole that it needs to sink into in order to cut through your material isnt aligned properly so the punch just hits the metal and cant get through any material. The larger hole lines up correctly. Very very disappointing, usually WRMK tools are better quality than this. Its too much trouble to return it so I guess I have a tool that only half works.
