USA 250th Anniversary Coin and Colorized Currency Set
The 250th anniversary of the United States, officially known as the Semiquincentennial, is culminating on July 4, 2026. This historic milestone marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission (America250) coordinated a multi-year, nationwide effort to commemorate the event. The initiative aimed to reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future through inclusive storytelling, civic engagement, and unity. This set includes a colorized $2 bill, Jefferson nickel as well as the Emerging Liberty dime and Enduring Liberty half dollar — exclusive one-year only designs — that celebrate our nation's history. The set is included in a black wallet for easy display and safekeeping.
