- ThermoGEL is temperature-sensitive. Store at room temperature, between 59-73 degrees F. At temperatures above 73 degrees F, product may thicken. For a cold plunge experience, place in a refrigerator and allow it to cool. The optimal "cold plunge" application temperature is between 59-73 degrees F and cooling the product to this temperature range can take up to 1 hour.
