Nice phone!

I was hesitant to order this phone because I though setting it up would be hard dealing with Tracfone customer service. I first tried to set up the phone on line but would only get so far and then there was a problem and to try again later. I did that 3 times and then decided to call the customer service # and I was able to set up the phone without actually having to speak to a customer service agent so I was happy with that. My next phone payment isn't due until May 2024! Woohoo!

Excellent sound

I had a Motorola phone before this one my Motorola phone the sound wasn't so good with the phone but the battery lasted quite a while. I gave this one a four stars because of the battery it's okay. I love the sound with this one it's loud enough I could enjoy my phone answer phone calls and I can hear the person on the other side crystal clear I would recommend this phone I'm enjoying it.

Worst Tracfone

I have been buying Tracfone for years. Bought this phone for my husband. Calls are often not received and often dropped when lucky enough to get a call. My Motorola is much better.

good phone.. nightmare to power up

this is a nice phone..verrrry user friendly, how ever,to power up with land line represenitive WHO are ALL forign whoever you talk to is a real nightmare , after TWO days and one was to call me back and never did i give up and sent it back....whew...two days many hours...sheesh!!!!
