  • Worked like the presentation

I had to adjust the closeness to TV as I have a four story historic house and everything has to do a extra work. I have a smart TV and this is the first time it has worked. I plugged the extender in about 10 feet from the TV.

  • bad experience

I tried to get this set up, and it is not as easy as the show host states. I called our internet supplier, they tried, and suggested we call TP, I called them and the customer service/help was horrendous. They assumed I knew everything on connecting it, and the gentleman I talked to was evasive, and I felt like I was bothering him with my problem. I guess he got fed up with me because he disconnected the call. Sorry I won't use a product where the customer service is rude and put - off.

  • Not as easy and does it work?

The presentation makes it seem like it is easy and works seamlessly. It was not as simple as they make it and unfortunately they do not tell you in the presentation that it will slow down your wi fi speed. A pretty important point, wouldn't you think. I finally got it to work and I will see how it goes before my 30 days. I chatted with support and they could not just answer a question, "Does the wi fi extender connect automatically when needed?" We will see.

  • Did NOT work for me.

Sadly, I tried everything & every way to try to get this to work in my apt in my 4 plex ... I downloaded BOTH apps ... went on computer.. nothing.. frustrated so I boxed it back up & have to return. I am happy for all those that this works for... unfortunately not for me. I will need to look in an actual store & that way it will be easier to return since NO return prepaid shipping label... have to go to post office.
