  • Awesome Cookbook

    I have been using this book to cook dinner everyday for about 2 weeks so far and I have to say the recipes are delicious! The recipes include use of fresh herbs, a huge variety of vegetables, Asian sauces/products, Hispanic spices/products, Mediterranean spices/products, can/dry beans, & more. There is also helpful tips throughout the book. Just be careful because some of the recipes calls for specific cheeses. Most of those cheeses are made with animal rennet.

  • Nice Book

    I think this is a beautifully done book .... well laid out, good pictures, etc. Tons of recipes, and I really like the fact that there are many vegan options, great for those of us who are just exploring things. Only thing missing for me is any nutritional information! Nowadays I just expect to be provided with at least the calories, carbs and fat numbers, and probably more. Just a lot more time consuming for those of us watching our weight, sodium, and so on. Other than that, though, recommend this one :)
