What It Does

  • Tension tends to concentrate along the acupressure points along the meridian of the body. Inversion is a great way to deal with this tension.
  • Inversion assists in battling the aging process by temporarily elongating your spine.
  • Inversion can:
    - Temporarily help decompress the spine
    - Temporarily realign the spine and joints
    - Help the discs to temporarily rehydrate
    - Help relax tense muscles
    - Provide temporary relief of back pain, strains and stress
  • Teeter inversion tables received superior ratings by Dynamark Engineering for equipment and ease of assembly.
  • Teeter inversion tables are listed to UL 1647 specifications.
  • Compared with competing brands, engineering tests have shown that Teeter inversion tables are the most precisely balanced.
  • Teeter decompression devices are multiple user, reusable devices for home use, intended to provide traction to the spine while stretching the para-spinal muscles and soft tissues. The devices provide non-powered traction and are meant for use by adults.
  • Teeter decompression devices are indicated for temporary relief of back pain, muscle tension, degenerative disc disease, spinal degenerative joint disease, spinal stenosis, herniated disc, spinal curvature due to tight muscles, sciatica, muscle spasm and facet syndrome.

Good to Know

  • Teeter inversion tables received superior ratings by Dynamark Engineering for equipment and ease of assembly.
  • Teeter inversion tables are listed to UL 1647 specifications.
  • Compared with competing brands, engineering tests have shown that Teeter inversion tables are the most precisely balanced.
  • Individual results will vary.
  • Nodes are only intended for use against muscles. Do not position nodes so they can place pressure on bones.
  • Before you invert, make sure that the table rotates smoothly to the fully inverted position and back and that all fasteners are secure and properly adjusted to your body type.
  • Always wear securely tied, lace-up shoes with a flat sole when inverting.
  • For your first few inversion sessions, ask a spotter to assist you until you are able to find your correct balance setting and are comfortable with the operation of the table.
  • Do not use:
    - If you are uncomfortable during regular inversion.
    - When sores or skin lesions are present or on sensitive skin.
    - On varicose veins.
    - If you have muscle, ligament, tendon or other soft tissue issues.
  • DVD may not be compatible with some Sony DVD player models.
  • Caution: Consult your physician before beginning this or any weight loss or exercise program.

  • Teeter

We received it a week earlier than planned, put it together in no time and we are both feeling the positive benefits it provides. My husband has problems with the lower disks in his back and his acupuncture Dr told him getting the tweeter would be the best thing for him and after one week, he can really feel the difference. We highly recommend it! Thank you!

  • Comes in handy for unexpected discomfort.

I ordered this when it was a today's special. It's been two months with occasional use. Yesterday I filled 30 compost bags with leaves. Today I woke up completely soar. I did a full inversion stretch for 5 minutes and bam, rite back to my old self. That alone made the teeter pay for itself. If you do purchase this, watch the WHOLE DVD that it comes with. They make assembly really simple. But I stopped watching after the assembly portion (because I was so excited to try it) and fully inverted on my first try. It wasn't a pleasant first time experience. If you use the acupressure nodes, after placing them in the slots, you have to tighten them down on the backside to say in place. And I personally I find the teeter more comfortable without using the lumbar bridge. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about buying it. It is really worth having.

  • Oh my Aching Back

I was in a car accident in June 2016. I was the middle car of 3 cars. My back currently aches post the motion of going forward & backward. I was lucky I wore my seat belt. Yep good PR for the safety Belt. I have used this product a couple of times. It did bring relieve. I like the way it brakes down quickly, too. Thank you HSN.

  • Tetter Inversion Table

Not difficult to unpack or assemble. Must review disk and know how to set for height and weight. Be prepared to be sore when first using. I have poor knees, hip, and back. Trying Teeter everyday to help ease pain. I have started sleeping better. Always take time to put on good shoes because you do not want to slip through the foot holder on to your head.
