Service not transferable

Love this phone. Best bang for your buck! Service is not transferable. Time to renew service. It was $50 cheaper to upgrade my phone with service. You can transfer your number and unused minutes/data/text from old phone. Easy to set up and transfer old number and phone. The phone promps you through it. Recommend charging phone overnight before setting up. Only down side is that I don't see a way to open phone backing to change battery if needed.

GETTING MESSAGE NOTIFICATION NOW

Finally after calling Tracphone and HSN - I found the problem myself. Hint look under - Messages - have to say from anyone. Two people at TP couldn't solve. First I got no answers to TEXTS - the TP set a code, still got no alert to text. It should not have taken a week trying to fix the issue.

awesome phone

Love this phone. It was an easy setup. I transferred my existing minutes and phone number with no problem. After a week of using and getting used to the features I'm very happy with my purchase. I only gave it 4 stars not because of the phone but because of HSN. I had the phone in my cart at $79.99. When I decided to purchase it, the price was up to $99.99. HSN being greedy. But do purchase the phone. Well worth the money.
