Spoiled Product

I purchased 2 bottles. I opened the first bottle and pumped a dime size amount into my hand. This was not a balm, it was a runny, brown liquid. Since it wasnt a white balm, I wiped it off my hand and have the bottle a good shake before trying again. Didnt help, still brownish color and runny. The scent started out as coconut but turned into a strong urine scent. Bottle was sealed when it arrived so it must be old, rancid product. I opened the second bottle and it was the same brown color.
