Someone should check ingredients on web site before buying.I love these so much that now buy 2 pack. Do not order these in really hot temps. Cake pieces large and great tasting. Would like co. To consider Maybe wrapping in 4 piece so easier to deal with. I place 4 to layer in tupperware canisters, large, separating each layer of 4 with wax paper. Does well in freezing this way but weight shrinks pieces a bit. Does not hurt taste.Frozen microwave 19-23 seconds covered. Fridge 12-14. This product contains both soybean oil and soy lecithin. This is supposed to be a high end product but you use cheap ingredients.
