Came scratched on the bottom from the vendor.

Very irritated when I order something from HSN or QVC and I have no idea its coming from a vendor, which means I have to pay the postage to send it back. My item came scratched and HSN told me I have to wait for up to a month to receive the return label from the vendor. Please let us know up front its coming directly from the vendor and I wont buy that item.
