    Best kitchen tool ever

    Cooks quickly and evenly. Super easy clean up. Great for breakfast or complete meal. So easy to use, really enjoy being able to sit at kitchen table and cook without standing at hot stove. Especially great for spaghetti sauce...add ingredients when you are ready and cook quickly or let simmer...turn off if you need to and reheat in minutes when the gang is all ready to eat...love this product..thank you!

    Total frustration

    I do not know if it works since NO screws were included. NONE. You have to build it, which is a pill but no can do without screws. Then Hsn told me it may take 3 weeks IF the company responds.
