Absolutely love these coloring pads. I'll use a lot of the pages to cut up and make cards

  • Nice Set

This is my first set of alcohol markers so I am finding they take a little getting used to. I thought I would be able to control the saturation of the color like you can with pencils but I am not finding that to be so, even with the pale colors. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that getting the caps off of some of the markers is quite difficult. Sometimes I even need something to pry under the edge to help move them. Also, after only being about halfway through coloring 1 page, I noticed that the color names on the caps were already beginning to rub off. After completing the page, I can't read the names on several of the caps.

  • Caps tight

The caps on the markers are too tight to get on and off.

  • Disappointed

The caps on these markers are very difficult to remove, and I am always concerned that they will break during removal. Even though the markers are supposed to be fine point, most of the colors are quite "liquidy" and run out of the lines very easily - even with a very light-handed touch. I could never get them to work in the fine, intricate designs in the book labeled "Eastern Promise". I am just going to return to using pencils and the Colorama books I purchased from HSN several months ago.
