This item did not work for what I needed. I wanted to return it, however; this was sent from a 3rd party company and would cost me half the price of the item to return ($100+) plus the $16.00 shipping cost I paid when I purchased it. Now, Im trying to sell it at my cost online. From now on, IF I choose to shop with HSN, I will have to ask where the item is coming from. Very disappointed with HSN customer service or lack of.
