      Sorrento Electric Fireplace

      I recently purchased this. The first one came badly damaged. Didn't know if I wanted to try another one. I decided to try one more time. HSN was wonderful and took care of it immediately. I have the new one. Its all set up and I just love it. Its beautiful v!

      Beautiful but Temp settings were a concern

      This is my 2nd Electronic Fireplace I have purchased from HSN. The only draw back with this particular fireplace is that there are only 2 settings...high or low...this was my mistake for not investigating fully. My other Electronic fireplace has digital temperature settings. Other than that, this "fits the bill" for me. I have this in my living room and I think this is beautiful.

      sorrento electric fireplace

      It's nice, just not what I expected. The photo looks much better than the actual product. for over $700 I just expected a better look. I am keeping it, but will move it to our basement family room and get a more realistic looking fireplace for my living room. I will mention it did show width and height measurements that I didn't fully check out, so I had fault in my disappointment as well as HSN.
