Please keep these in stock! This product worked perfect with the Stovetop Oven. I followed the instructions Chef Ming provided during the presentation of sprinkling the chips in bottom of the pan then covering them with foil and it worked exactly as he stated. This purchase was a lesson in reading reviews before making a purchase. I should have known when I opened the plastic container and there was absolutely no smell to what was inside that it wouldn't give the food a smoky taste that was promised. Not Tickled About Using
I returned this along with the pan after reading the warning on it. I was sold on using the pan to smoke. I use wood chips and charcoal in my outdoor BBQ and smoker and know about the carcinogens not being healthy. I love the taste of wood flavored meat over gas. I'm ok with that as long as it's outside.
