Shun Classic 10" Chef's Knife
Created in the spirit of the legendary sword smiths of Japan using a 100-year-old tradition of blade-making, this chef's knife is part of Shun's tasteful and contemporary Classic line. Lightweight with 10-inch blade, this multi-purpose knife is perfect for preparing larger fruits, vegetables and other foods. Made of Shun's proprietary VG-MAX steel and clad with Damascus stainless, this sword-like beauty is durable and corrosion-resistant with a razor sharp edge that makes cutting effortless.

  • Great name bad producr

    I cook full time for a living. I was very excited to get a Shun for myself.I was very disappointed. Yes the knife was sharp. But after a week of light use. The blade was very chipped. And the tip broke off. Not good at all. I have put in for an exchange. I have a bad feeling about it though. I have a knife I bought at Khols for half the price. I work that knife daily. No issues or chips or breaks . Do not buy this knife. If my ec=exchange is better I will update thss review
