Shark Vertex Ultralight Stick Vacuum with DuoClean & PowerFins

I like the design and portability of the vacuum. It's very user-friendly. The only thing is the motor burned out after only 6 months. So, the quality of the working parts are lacking. I'd say Shark has made some cut backs on quality. My pet eliminator has worked beautifully for 11 yrs!!

I just got done using this machine again today and cord is still stiff and makes me wish I would have gone cordless, cord keeps getting tangled on everything and under my shoes, thought after while it would loosen up but no is still a pain to use.

I would like the vac to be able to stand alone. But I understand it is too light I like the weight. As I can lift it with no problemI like seeing the dirt in the cup. Easy to clean. My husband enjoys this vac too. Easy to store in my closet. Our daughter has this vac also she likes it too.

Does the job!!!Easy to use&I have back problems! Even does areas rugs great (I have mostly hardwood floor) Very easy to switch attachments.The under appliance attachment does under my radiators, bureaus, shelving...I got to get another one (daughter in law keeps borrowing mine )

This has been nothing but trouble since the day I got it I called the Co the 1st week I had it because it stopped working (overheated) they told me let it cool off and it should be fine... should a sent it back right then and there but wanted to give it a chance. The front brush collects all the hair so the brush in the back never gets any, guess that is why it's so clean... BUT you MUST cut and clean the front brush all the time or vacuum stops picking up... it's a mess of a vacuum ! AWFUL VAC
