    Surprised at some the reviews

    Surprised at some of the reviews. I love this vacuum cleaner. First time vacuuming a somewhat new rug, and I was surprised how much dirt it had picked up. We have dogs... I am very pleased. Shark fan for sure.

    Like driving a Sherman Tank

    Bought to replace my 20 year old Dyson after reading great reviews. Total buyer's remorse and too late to return. This monster weighs over 17 lbs, is ergonomically tragic (center of gravity is high so every push and pull strains forearms and shoulders, ESPECIALLY when in carpet mode), has NO edge suction, doesn't clean corners without a fight and the attatchments provided are super basic and cheaply made. The only thing I like about it is the dust canister is easy to clean.

    Extremely heavy

    I had a shark for years before this one and I adored my old shark. This one was very heavy and hard to maneuver and for some reason it kept shocking me! I returned it. Im very disappointed

    Waiting for a replacement. BUT did a great job

    The vacuum arrived with the hose damaged. I was able to try it and have to agree it did a great job. I have been using a Dyson, but it never cleaned like this Shark. I liked it so much that I do not care what color it is replaced with.
