    Worth it

    I upgraded to this phone from my Samsung A20, which is also on the TracPhone plan. The transition from my old phone to this one only took a matter of minutes and I was able to transfer what I wanted and keep my plan and my old number with no issues. So far I've had zero problems with this phone and it's been a nice upgrade from the old one. I do, however, recommend buying a better case and a screen protector.

    Do not purchase

    Took 5 interactions with trafone to activate phoneFirst three failed,fourth told me it didn't work because I didn't give it a passwordStill unable to activate ,said they couldnt add the numbers . NEXT BOTH my phone "not registered on a network" I had no service,had to go to work to call from a hard line.now it works but is a disappointment. AND the quality of photos is poor

    Great Upgrade

    Did not want to give up my LG Tracfone but it was time. Transferred all contacts and pictures using Transfer Wizard and called Tracfone to complete activation. As a casual user, this phone offers more than I will need. Love the big screen, crisp displays, speed is great. Looking forward to taking lots of great pics. Definitely happy with this purchase!

    Do not Buy

    Could not activate the cell phone. Tracfone system would not accept the I M card number, try speaking to a human , no luck.
