Samsung Galaxy A13 6.5" HD+ 5G Tracfone w/1500 Min/Text/Data/365 Days

I purchased this for my 78 year old mother. I have now been since Christmas trying to get it to work. I have spent countless hours on the phone with tracfone and the phone still doesnt work. I gave it one more try today after several prior attempts and now it says I have no calls,texts or data left even though the phone has never worked since day 1. Dont waste your money. Tracfone is no help and I am way past the time to return because I bought it early in December as a Christmas gift.

I have been with Tracfone for many years. This experience was tedious, frustrating and unacceptable. HSN stresses how the phone comes loaded with 1500 tt&d - it didnt, obviously sim was faulty. I always activate via the app but was forced to call tracfone which is nightmarish. HSN needs to stop misleading their customers and exert quality control.

The phone is good, tracfone does not give you the coverage thats needed when away from home. very disappointing when traveling relaying gbs,the service does not give. as far as i can tell need to update be able to gt data service. paying for 5gb or more to receive service. when signing old to new was nightmare tracfone cust service wasnt helpful or want to TALK. im disappoint that i believed your sell that this is the best... need to research 1st..stuck now,

I've been with Tracfone probably 15 years. Recently bought a Moto Stylus through here and immediately returned it since it would not activate for me. So I got this A13 Samsung instead. It was easier to set up using the Tracfone Mobile App which I'd never used before. I was set-up and activated where I could use it in less than 30 minutes. Works flawlessly.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure it would work! The last Phone Moto was a disaster I could not keep a connection, I finally started to shut if down completely and it would connect for a short time. This phone works great and I love all the features that Ive discover so far. I ordered one for my Husband.
