Dependable

This is my 2nd Samsung Galaxy with this having some upgraded features, ie, camera. I typically get good service when setting up, but at times can be a bit rushed. After setting up this phone the test calling in/out did not work, but was remedied in a timely manner. All in all I love buying all my Tracfones (TF) from QVC or HSN and TF does give good service.

Network

Very disappointed, returning the phone was on the phone with several trachone representatives for over 2 hours. Couldn't get the phone to connect to the network. Then was told I would get a call back with another representative but no one called so after waiting 24 hours. The phone is getting returned!
