    Even Heat/Grill Marks

    The pan heats quickly with one squirt of olive oil. The grill marks are seared on the meat. The rubber edge on the cover doesn't appear durable - time/use will tell the story. The pan could have been smaller to accommodate the cooktop's immediate heating element. Forced to cook in batches with meat being removed to avoid drying out the meat. Oh, the cover is amazing for reducing the clean-up with grease and steam contained.

    Love it

    This line of cookware I love so far. Nothing sticks, easy to clean, and I love the blue color. The knobs on the lids don't get hot and I like that they are see-through. I just wish they were a little less expensive. I would like to order more pieces.

    Non stick grill pan

    Received the grill pan today. I cooked steaks in it that night. It worked great and clean up was easy , the only thing is the pan is very heavyweight . So if you have any hand problems, you may not want this pan .

    Very Good grill pan

    At first was not sure about the ceramic coating, but after using pan to grill decided I really like this pan coating, size, aluminum disc on bottom and most importantly wanted one with a top tempered glass cover. Would defiantly recommend. Only negative is the drip spout should be on the other side if you use it on a right sided burner. For grilling have it on 4 out of 10 burner setting and it gets hot and grills very good. Just will see if over time ceramic coating lasts.
