I have had a problem with my legs swelling for many years. I have a desk job and quite a few health issues. I take steps to help (walking breaks throughout the day, compression socks, elevate whenever possible) but with one leg, the swelling never seemed to come down all of the way. I used this twice and this morning my legs/ankles have no swelling. It really does work for me. This is not going to work for everyone but you should try it and see because if it works for you it is worth it.

I bought this for my best friend who has had problems with her legs for years. She said at times it is like her legs a great big tree trunks that weigh tons. This was suggested by a friend. My mother suffer from leg pain and we tried many thing. Glad we are trying this one, she likes it. She says is very relaxing and helps take the pain away plus the heating option makes it feel really comfortable. Easy to use and pack and lives the travel bag to take it anywhere she goes. Im so thankful to have purchased this item. My mom has been suffering from sciatic nerve for quite a while now. Weve tried everything, massage appointments, different shoes, massage gun, etc and they all do help a bit but not enough. The thing that has helped her the most so far are just resting ( no running, walking a lot, that sort of thing) and the massage gun. So I decided to give this a try and Im thankful I did. She says it does help with the pain. Thats good enough for me.
