Stone missing on toggle

Ordered 2, both had stone on toggle missing, now hope the 3rd replacement will be the winner. Beautiful jasper.

What a mess!

I ordered these to match the necklaces that I love. Both were received badly tarnished and the stones on the toggles were missing. Seriously, better quality control before shipping out to valued customers.
