  • Uniquely Beautiful

Prior to seeing this item, I had never even heard of Ametrine. Immediately I knew I had to have it. I ordered it, received it, and unfortunately had to return it. I ordered my regular size 6 and it was too big but I already know that a size 5 would be way too small. I wish HSN offered half sizes.

  • Carol does it again...

This ring came on air while I was at work, and boy was I disappointed to find that my size sold out. I added my name to the waitlist ...and here I am writing a review. This ring is fantastic. The color saturation is remarkable. I am so happy that I was able to get it. I am happy to be a Rarities girl..Thanks Carol.

  • Gorgeous!

Stunning setting, love the darkness against the richness of the stone. Very nice saturation, fantastic cut. I visited Bolivia and only the high end stores would have Ametrine with good saturation and cut.

  • October nightfall

This is one of those pieces that was an instant buy as in, I saw it and THAT WAS IT, it was in my cart just like that. In person, it does not disappoint. There is NOTHING more autumnal than amethyst paired with citrine, and here they both are, mixed together in one stone and I just don't even know what else to say, it is so beautiful. I have never seen this very interesting cut before, I love it. Mine has good saturation of colors and the framing baguettes are just the icing on the cake. Carol has improved the staying power of her black rhodium - nice. The one thing I'd change about this are the white zircons on the shank, I'd have made those black spinel to match the prongs - but given her Empire State Building reference, they make more sense. White Zircons are sparkly and really do look like diamonds, Carol has improved those too from the early days and its appreciated! This ring is like the portal into the land of Forever Autumn.
