  • Very small and compact

Easy to load - beats the heck out of making little cuts into each strip of paper every time you want to make a flow. Very easy to use and quick.

  • Best Price

This is wonderful! And so is the price, compared to what people are paying on E-Bay.

  • No More Cuts!

The quilling fringer is just what i needed... now i can make my flowers and not worry about getting cut! I was however surprised at how small it was for the price and it did not come with replacement blades!

  • not my thing

This item went right back in the box to be returned. I can cut fringe easier on my own with just a pair of scissors. I dont understand how anyone would have the patience to use this tiny little blade. Wasn't worth the money spent on shipping.
