Easy set up. Great picture quality and night vision.

Nice camera
I never had a camera security system at my home so my husband and I did not know what brand to buy,so we took a gamble and bought this set. The set up was nit hard at all for anyone who has ever hooked up a vcr or DVD player. Mybusband put the cameras up which wasn't hard to do with we went under the floor to thread the wire. The picture quality is awesome we had it on a 22inch TV and it had lines on the screen so we tried it on a 32inch TV and it was beautiful HD quality picture with no lines.

So far so good!
It has really good pictures. However to zoom in it gets blurry. I wish the app would let u delete old recorded videos. Also - I have an I phone and the app does not work that great but it does in my husbands phone which is a Samsung. I liked so far it does the job.

So far so good
Hello there, I've been using my DVR system for almost a week and I am very happy with it, the only thing when it arrived and I hooked it up to my 52" Panasonic TV I wasn't getting an image, so I called the manufacturer and they said that the hard drive probably bad and it will have to be fixed and it takes about 3-4 weeks, that made me very upset but had no choice, after I opened the repair ticket they asked me to call live support team, and guess what I did and it took them 15 minutes to fix it

Frustrating
This is my second security system so I am experienced. The first one was a Swann purchased from Walmart. First the good. The 8 cameras are great HD quality and have very good night vision infrared so I don't have to leave my porch lights on to see into the yard. The bad: The recording time is only 3 days recording all cameras recording in HD. Not bad as long as you check all your property once every 3 days to see if anything is missing. 2. The worst part is the navigation and ease of use of the system itself is a nightmare compounded infinitely by a small useless battery operated remote that rarely works correctly. It's horrible. I don't like using the mouse because if I do I am sitting directly in front of the TV and looking straight up. So I have to use this remote and it's HORRIBLE. Wish I'd have sent it back. The DVR itself is very difficult to navigate and complicated compared to my old Swann.
