A Total Fail!

There was no illuminating effect, it took too long to dry, and it didn't extend the wear of my makeup. As is the case with this line, no easy return label was included. If you purchase more than one product, they expect you to pay to return them separately. Go somewhere locally and purchase a setting spray. That's what I plan to do.
