  • Would be awesome if...

    Pretty easy to put together, but as soon as I adjusted the tension something "clunked" and now there's no tension. I totally rebuilt the bike ( I'm a 60 year old woman) and it wasn't anything I did. It's something in the housing that I don't have access to. I have contacted the company twice with no result. I will probably have to pay to take it somewhere since it can't be returned. Meanwhile I ride 2 miles a day doing 80 mph with no tension!
