Too expensive

I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max and the phone is pre-owned so I didnt expect it to be perfect BUT it was scratched on the screen and when I went to make a phone call the internal speaker is broken cant here who Im speaking to also the phone keeps changing the brightness which is super annoying. I would buy elsewhere.
