too early to tell

I haven't used this long enough to see any difference.Like other reviewers, I have a hard time getting the product out of the tube.I tried putting the tube in hot water in the sink,and it seems to help.

Rollerball doesnt roll

I was very excited about this product when I ordered it. However, I was disappointed after the first use. The rollerball doesnt roll and I have to first use it over a towel and go back and forth to allow the serum to come out. Then I proceed to do it on my neck. Still the process is difficult and my neck ends up with red marks. I am sending this product back.

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to receiving this product as it seemed so promising on the HSN presentation. When I tried to use the product on my neck, only a very small amount of serum came out of the roller balls and then I couldn't seem to get any further serum out as I tried using the roller balls on my neck. I squeezed as hard as I could and pressed the roller balls firmly against my neck area, but it still didn't come out and just made my neck red and sore from the forceful rubbing.

Still love this product!

Im a returning customer....love this product in the roller balls application...glides on and absorbs well...the only thing Ive found a bit difficult is that the first tube Ive been using, doesnt let the lotion out very easily, gotta squeeze the very hard to get it out, but Im hoping the next tube wont be as difficult...Ive used these many times before and they were fine....
