Pink Ink Designs Premium Plain White Rice Paper Pk 12
Pink Ink Designs' rice papers are wafer thin and used for wrapping, decoupage, painting, moulding and mixed projects. Cut or tear the paper or wet it for a feathered, torn edge. Apply water based glue to the back of your paper and place on your chosen surface, use a soft tool or your fingers to spread from the centre outwards, removing any imperfections. Once dry add inks, paints, varnishes and glitters.
