  • It's Great!

It will work, you must be patient with your pet, that 's why they call this an investment, I have one dog that uses it and the other is partially using it. I'm not sending it back, and it's very nice, much nicer than the others that I've seen. We also bought a set of stairs for the bed. It took me two years of training my yorkie to use them. I think that this is a great invention the only other thing I wish they would do would be to sell the bio products. I do have one more idea that I'm trying with my pets. I made it so they have no choice but to go on the Piddle Place, I've closed all doors and gated some areas and once they start to use it reg. I will not have to gate or close the doors. And it's also helpful to put a piece of new paper that they have already used under the green mat. So they can smell it.

  • Be patient

At 1st I was going to send it back but reread and did what the training said to do. It took about 10 days but now my dog goes there without a problem. He's 17 yrs and its hard for him to wait until I get home and at night. Need to take your time and be patient.
