    HEAVY DUTY MACHINE

    This machine is a heavy duty noodle maker. The Pros are it is easy to clean and put back together again. The Cons are that you have to take the whole front off to change the type of noodle part. Also if you are older and can't lift heavy machines this one is not for you. It weighs 22 lbs. I have to return it because I can't lift it from one counter to the other. I only gave it 4 stars because you should not have to take the whole front off to get to the noodle part.

    Fresh, Fast and Easy

    I actually bought this product from Williams Sonoma a few years back thinking it would be one of those appliances that I use occasionally. Having the ability to make fresh pasta, fast that is so easy has made this appliance one of my best purchases EVER. I actually bought two more of the pasta machines for friends and family as they were also so impressed with the pasta maker.

    Pasta supreme!

    This pasta machine is terrific! Easy to assemble and clean. It makes great pasta. Chewy enough but not gummy and wonderful taste. I use Gm. measurements for the flour and the dough comes out perfectly. Pasta cooks longer than what is advertised and that is fine.
