Zipper problems

Bought this for a trip I was taken in September. I thought it would fit under seat but it was a little too big. I packed this bag for weekend and the zipper has a stiff area as you go around to track to close. The zipper stops and you cannot go any further it then starts separating. I was surprised. This is an expensive I did not even get to the airport.
