    All that glitters is gold

    Terrible purchase. Now that 30 days has passed the metallic gold is flaking off and looks like $hit. I was dumb enough to buy the matching wallet. Kicking myself for wasting my money $$$

    Gold is flaking off

    I purchased the Gold Metallic bag and wallet on Nov 2 for myself ( Hubby said not to open them till Christmas) I waited. Anyway, the gold is flaking off both pieces. This is the first time of having any quality issues with her bags. Waiting on a call back to get a refund.

    Fun and Functional

    This is a terrific bag. I got the map design, and am very happy with it. The quality is excellent. The size is greatnot too small, as it holds 2 pairs of glasses, a long wallet, iPhone+, and countless other items. And not heavy. I keep both straps on, as I find it helpful to use both. The long strap is long enough to work as a crossbody; the short strap is great for when you dont want a shoulder bag. I can highly recommend this bag.

    A beautiful piece but ...

    1. A leather purse is heavy before you even put anything into it. I put in a long wallet, several lipsticks, a comb, a small mirror, a small pill box, and my phone. After walking around a festival for an hour, the weight of the purse was causing me pain. My shoulder was burning and I had to keep adjusting the position of the strap. I am 71; someone younger and stronger might not have that problem. 2. There is no dedicated phone pocket. That is a deal breaker right there.
