    Love The Extra Height

    I love Birkenstocks, they are so comfortable. This pair has a little height which I really like. The soft lavender is very pretty. I'm already wearing them. I do have to size up because of hammer toes, but they still fit well and are comfortable

    Grossly disappointed with your customer service

    These were NOT a good fit and I contacted your customer service to request return which you brag about how easy to do. NOT!! After a ridiculous wait time (and you have not fixed this chat issue- the message does not go through to the agent! You have to type it a hundred times ) I was told Id be sent a return label in the mail and 10 days after its still not here! I contacted again. I asked whether I could use the label it came with and she says no youll have to wait another 5-7 days. Really?

    Rocking

    I just received these shoes and feel like Im on a rocking horse. They literally rock. Very hard to walk. Back they go.
