    Don't seem to hold a charge for long

    I have at least 3 other Panasonic phone sets in my home, but these don't seem to stay charged for long and the quality on the hearing side is a bit tinny and not always clear. I have VoIP service, but my older Panasonic phones don't have these problems.

    Not worth the time and trouble

    Too complicated and time consuming to get set up and use. Some features that should be simple are not user friendly. Returned to HSN for refund.

    Low Battery message while plugged in.

    Most of the features I enjoy after getting accustomed to them. The number of handsets is the best feature.But, while two of the five units are still plugged in and when they lose power, they'll loudly and constantly announce: "Low Battery!" On these two handsets they must be leaned forward to remain charged up.

    Does not work without landline

    Item was showcased to work with or without a landline. It barely works on and off with cell phone service. Purchased it so I don't have to carry cell phone around the house. It disconnects every few minutes . Might work well if you have a landline

    Poor Sound Quality

    Sadly, the sound quality is very poor. About 10 years ago I bought a set of panasonics from HSN that had Superior sound quality. When you're on these new phones, it sounds like you're talking to the astronauts on the moon, it's that bad.
