GOOD BUT NOT PERFECT

We already own the older Omron. We wanted to update. The devices give different readings! However, none of the other devices are any better. The only place one will get an accurate reading is perhaps in your doctors office. If you have a Rite Aide or CVS in your area then be advised it's free to get a reading but even there the readings are not the same. Plus they require too much information to market your information. Thus, I am satisfied with at least having an updated version at home.
