Planting Instructions
  • Plant where it will receive at least six hours of direct, unfiltered sunlight daily.
  • Before planting protect the tree from freezing, overheating, drying out or injury. If the roots have dried, soak them in water about 24 to 48 hours before planting.
  • Dig a hole twice the diameter of the root system and two feet deep. Replace some of the loose soil so that the roots can easily penetrate the soil. Spread the roots on top of the soil, planting it at soil level. Firm soil and water well.
  • Do not fertilize at planting time.

Continuing Care
  • Thin the fruit crop to get larger fruit.
