Interior designer Karen Ganovsky grew tired of losing her reading glasses and needed a solution to keeping them handy. She knew she wanted something hanging around her neck in order to keep them in place, but didn’t want “granny” glasses hanging from a string. Along with Dianna Seddon, the duo developed Neckglasses – reading glasses disguised as elegant jewelry for the active, fashionable woman. These readers can be worn as a piece of jewelry and no one will know they are readers until they are used. Problem solved in a chic way for the modern woman.

Nice way to wear readers!
Love that they are hidden and look like a locket. Great for menus when out to dinner and reading in church on Sundays.MissMalibu, GAWas this review helpful? 0 out of 0 found this review helpful
I ordered quite a few pair for our Senior Valentine Festival. I was concerned about the magnet issue, so I took the liberty of opening each box and checking them out. Luckily, every one of them seemed fine. All the magnets were fine and in tact, and they all stayed closed. I was thankful, as returning them would have been a pain! I did notice from another review the company who makes these warranties them for a year, so I will pass this information to the recipients in case any of theirs decide to stop working properly. All in all they are very elegant looking and I think the ladies will love their hidden functional use.Kerbear76, FLWas this review helpful? 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Book Club Loved them!
Saw these and thought what a great idea for me and my book club girls. We meet once a month at different restaurants to discuss our monthly book and mostly eat and catch up. All of us wear readers, and when it comes to ordering the food, the ongoing joke is always who brought their readers? Then we end up passing around one pair for all of us to use...... funny at first, but then it becomes a pain! I bought several styles and passed them out to my girls and everyone loved them. I did notice that one pair had the charm off, so I just put it right back on no problem, for $19 I wasn't upset. The quality is good and the strength seems to be on par with my regular readers. They are a nifty thing to have and I really like that they look like a regular necklace.bookgal, NYWas this review helpful? 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Perfect when out and about!
What a nifty idea for when I am running my errands. I love that it looks like a necklace, yet I can use it as both a magnifier and readers. Great for menus and looking at labels in the super market. Can't beat the price either!ML55, MSWas this review helpful? 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
A clever Gem!
I absolutely love this idea! This is the perfect "fix" for dinner out or church on Sunday's. I am always fumbling for my glasses, now I can use these in a quick flash. Of course they are not for a long read, but for those lunches, dinners and shopping they are perfect! Love them! Bought a couple other styles for my friends as holiday gifts!Skigal99, FLWas this review helpful? 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
