    Not a good flour.

    Flour was gritty. It clumped when using it in recipes. Very disappointing.

    So easy and so good

    My daughter has been trying to get me to use gluten free flour, but I was never sure how to use it in my existing recipes. My daughter had me order two of these bags because she said I could swap out this flour in place of regular flour. I recently made chocolate chip cookies. All I can say is WOW! The only thing I changed was to use this flour. The flavor of the cookies was out of this world! I cant wait to use this in more recipes!

    So Good!

    I found a recipe for zucchini fritters-Ingredients3 medium size zucchinis or Italian squash2 eggshalf of the onion, chopped1/2 teaspoon baking powder1 cup almond flour1/3 cup parmesan cheeseInstructionsGrate zucchini. Squeeze it in hands to make sure you get rid of most of the moisture.In to the squeezed and drained zucchini add eggs, almond flour, baking powder, onion and cheese.Preheat the pan with olive oil and cook till done. Taste so good.
