I have very bad arthritis and it is much more comfortable to talk on cell phone. The static was bad on one phone but got another one and no static. As far as volume use phone volume. Very helpful product.Coffeecup421, MIWas this review helpful? 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Novelty Item/ Perfect if had volume control.
I would recommend this item to a younger person or great for someone with above average hearing or to only use when its absolutely quite. I had problems hearing callers and there was static and feedback a couple of times during calls. Also there is no button to adjust or boost the sound. If there was any way that it could be updated with a volume control this handset would be perfect.gaylafisher2, TXWas this review helpful? 17 out of 17 found this review helpful
Great device, but received 2 different colors
Great device, works well with my iPhone 5. I like this better than earbuds because those tend to bother my ears. Just don't be too picky with colors - I received 2 different colors with my order. Wasn't worth sending back and dealing with exchange.GenXer70s17, CAWas this review helpful? 24 out of 26 found this review helpful
No or little volume, crackling static every time you move the handset, even slightly. Gave it as Christmas presents - so embarrassing - none of them worked. I'm sending them all back for a refund, since they were ordered for Christmas presentsMyToyota1, NJWas this review helpful? 28 out of 31 found this review helpful
