Wrong Merchandise Sent

Mele sent the wrong merchandise which was of poor quality and appeared to be a drawer to one of their jewelry boxes. The item was not sold by HSN. Plus, I paid $12 in postage to return the item that I did not order. Disenchanted with the out-of-pocket expense, I cancelled the order for silver metallic snakeskin jewelry case that reflected the order was shipped/received under my HSN account. I'm out $12 for the shipping mistake and am requesting a refund for that shipping.
