8x10, 288 pages of bbq and more...bbq sauces and other types, appetizers, ice cream,bbq sauce, cobblers, pickled okra, quesadillas,pizza,fried green tomatoes,brunswick stew,onion rings,brisket tacos, squash casserole,slaws and everything to make the best outdoor cook outs or an indoor feast, plus it's loaded with colorful pictures and ez to follow recipes. it is the best i have ever seen. the jacket is also nice for ez clean up. whether you cook or enjoy a wonderful cookbook this is the one.
